Birds are common around the hills and groves, and hard water can spot panels if they're rinsed with a regular hose. Homes near groves or large yards often notice the heaviest pollen in spring, while late summer and fall bring the driest, dustiest conditions.
Inland heat can dry grime onto panels quickly, so we loosen it with water first instead of scrubbing it while it's caked on. The goal is clean glass with nothing left behind.
